Our mission
Bring every essential tremor resource, specialist and treatment into one place, and help fund the research that could one day lead to a cure.
Our promises
- Honesty first. There is no cure yet. We will never sell or promote one.
- Evidence, not hype. Every treatment and product is rated by the science behind it, and medical pages are reviewed by a neurologist.
- Built for shaking hands. Big buttons, big text, no fiddly controls, and a person to talk to when typing is hard.
- Your privacy. We never sell your health information.
How we make money
SteadyPath is free for everyone. We earn money in ways that never change what we recommend:
- Labeled sponsorships from companies and treatment centers, for a flat fee. We never charge anyone per patient we send them. Our partner rules.
- Optional membership with a personal navigator.
- Clinical study outreach, only for studies approved by an ethics board, and only to people who joined our research list.
- Commissions on some products, always disclosed and never affecting ratings. We count clicks on shopping and sponsor links (just the number, nothing about you) so we can report to partners.
We give 5% of revenue to essential tremor research.
