• We never sell your health information.
• The treatment navigator runs in your browser. Your answers are not saved or sent to us.
• The doctor finder sends only the ZIP code you type, to look up public provider listings.
• If you join the newsletter, send a story or send us a message, we keep only what you give us, and use it only for that purpose.
• We share a story publicly only with your written permission.
• Research list: if you join, we use your details only to tell you about studies that may fit you. We never give them to a study team unless you say yes to that study.
• Navigator membership: payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. What you tell your navigator is used only to help you.
• Link clicks: when you follow a shopping or sponsor link, we count the click. We don't record who you are.
• Messages and sign-ups are stored with our website host, Netlify, and arrive in our email.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact page.
