What a navigator is, and isn't
Your navigator is not a doctor or nurse and doesn't give medical advice, diagnose or recommend treatment. They help you find and reach the right medical team, get organized, and deal with paperwork, so your time with your doctor counts.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Navigator membership is not a medical service, so it usually isn't HSA or FSA eligible. Check with your plan.
Can a family member sign up for me?
Yes. A spouse, adult child or caregiver can sign up for you, and with your permission we can include them on every email.
